Our Mission The Friends of Greater San Diego Academy is a non profit corporation whose mission is the planning, funding and operation of supplemental educational programs to enrich the curriculum of education offered to the students at the Greater San Diego Academy (GSDA). The GSDA is a public charter school in Jamul County that specializes in personalized learning for every child. GSDA has four locations in the San Diego area. We accomplish our mission by conducting various fundraising activities and applying for various grants.
